Return Eligibility

Online Purchases
  • Online orders can be returned in one of two ways:

    By Mail: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

    In-Store: Bring your item and proof of purchase within 30 days.

In-Store Purchases
  • Items purchased in-store must be returned to a store location within 30 days with a valid receipt.

Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for processing once your return is received and approved.

Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available for eligible items. Visit us in-store or contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return.
